Langley Neighbourhood Guide
A patchwork of farmland, foothills, and growing town centres just east of Metro Vancouver's edge.
The Township of Langley stretches across a wide swath of the Fraser Valley, where working farms and rural acreages sit alongside expanding suburban communities like Willoughby, Walnut Grove, and Murrayville. It's a place shaped by agriculture as much as by newer subdivisions, giving the area a layered, small-town-meets-growth feel.
Housing ranges from established single-family neighbourhoods and townhomes to newer master-planned developments, with plenty of green space, riverside trails, and parks woven throughout. Families are drawn to the schools and community centres, while the proximity to Highway 1 and the Fraser Highway keeps commuting to Vancouver and Abbotsford manageable, without giving up the room to breathe.
